IMV Technologies announces today that Conception Ro-Main Inc. (Ro-Main), a leading developer of technological solutions for pig producers based in Quebec, Canada, will join the Farm Animal business of the IMV Technologies Group. The acquisition is expected to close in Q1 upon regulatory approvals and customary conditions and provisions.
Innovating for the swine industry since 1999, Conception Ro-Main Inc. has global reach through a vast network of distribution partners. Under the leadership of both the founding and second-generation Labrecque family members, the company has developed into one of the leading providers of high-technology solutions aiming at supporting pig producers in their quest of a more sustainable animal production.
